• Account data: name, mobile number, email and profile details.
• Enrollment data: program of interest, city, experience level and application details submitted through our forms.
• Progress data: attendance, project submissions, mentorship notes and support interactions.
• Payment data: transaction records for program fees. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

2. How we use your data

• To process enrollment applications and admit learners into cohorts.
• To calculate fees, process payments and issue refunds.
• To match learners with mentors, track progress and provide support.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with mentors and program staff supporting your cohort, with payment and communication providers that power the service, and with hiring partners only when you opt in to placement assistance. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain enrollment, payment and progress records for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements, after which data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
• Raise a grievance with our support team.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls and audit logging to protect your information. No system is fully secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
